Steve Moore is CEO of the Hywel Dda University Health Board, which provides healthcare services to a total population of around 385,615 throughout Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. He is a strong believer in the need to make the organisation the best it can be by supporting staff to learn, develop and grow.
